My Experience
I am a Qualified UK Athletics Endurance Coach with Over 45 years of Running Experience and over 20 years of coaching. I will set up a training routine specifically based on your present fitness level and your goals. I tailor each individual Programme to you, based on an initial consultation. I believe that not all runners are created equal. Everyone runs at a different pace, and all runners have different goals. Regardless of your ambitions, I will cater for your individuality to ensure that you reach your full potential.
The Program
Your individually tailored program will encompass a variety of different running techniques and workouts. You will NOT just be purchasing a training schedule. With my program, the schedule will be tailored to your needs and I will personally be available throughout your personalised training.
You will have unlimited access to me throughout the ‘RunCoach’ training programme. Incorporated into your training program will be an array of different running sessions, depending on your fitness level and experience. Your program may include steady distance runs, hill running, speed sessions, and threshold runs.
How it Works
After your enquiry, i will ask you to fill out an athlete’s questionnaire. This questionnaire will ask various questions about your present fitness levels and your goals. After which, we will setup an initial phone consultation giving you the opportunity to ask questions. This will help me to customise your personalised training schedule.
The process is as follows:
Throughout the program, when you have a question you can email or text me
and I will get back to you within 24 hours, usually its the same day.
